Basketball Academy
The Hoops Genesis Basketball Academy kicked off on 21st February 2015, 9:00am at the Bethany High School Grounds - Koramangala, Karnatakata - India.
Our basketball coaches are FIBA certified(Federation of International Basketball Association) with experience in various countries like Rwanda, India, Dubai, Uganda, Kenya and others.
The academy provides a training atmosphere in which players (both male & female) enhance their game skiils and enjoy basketball while not restricting themselves only to development of sports skills but also emphasize on overall life skills like team-work, leadership, love, sportsmanship and discipline.
The academy is an ideal program for ages 6 years old to 60 years old. The experience is designed to be both challenging an exciting. This allows players to elevate their game while growing their character as a better overall human being.
Corporate Basketball Program
The academy launched a corporate program in 2019 to work with institutions to promote health of students and working professionals.
This program deals with working professionals, institutions and companies to provide fitness and basketball. We provide coaching and training to schools like Bethany High Koramangala and Bethany High Sarjapur. Students are prepared for high level competions starting with district, state, national and later international levels.
And in association with companies like The Embassy Group, the company provides helpful and steady guiding basketball training and conditioning to ease the workload off of the employees working in various companies withing and around the tech parks.
Tournaments / Events
All our trainings lead to tournaments. We build and develop strong and competitive athletes that are able to show case their talents at the big stages. Both our boys and girls are committed to doing thier best.
We compete at various levels starting from the U10 category, U13, U14, U16, U18 and the senior men & women. We have been able to win gold and silver at various tournamnets and have had some of our players named and awarded as MVP (Most Valuable Player) at certain tournamnets.
We also organize our own national basketball events that see a great turn out of talent from around the country.
We have also prepared a new corporate league that will feauture a number of companies competiting for trophies, cash and more. The goal is to keep the corporates competitive away from office to refresh their minds.
